How This Work Came To Be...Truthfully, I was my first client.
For years, I searched for answers. Trying different protocols, working with practitioners, and learning everything I could… but growing increasingly hopeless.
It wasn’t a lack of effort. I was simply working with approaches that weren’t built for me.
Like many people, I was told everything looked “normal.” I didn’t FEEL normal!
I didn’t understand what my body was trying to communicate.
I didn’t yet have the correct framework or insight to interpret it.
Everything changed when I discovered genetic testing.
For the first time, I could see how I was wired.
It brought clarity to things that had never made sense before.
When I began layering that insight with my history and everything I had learned, something finally clicked.
I wasn’t imagining this. I stopped forcing my body to respond to generalized protocols
and started making decisions based on my own biology.
That was the turning point. Not just knowing what to do, but understanding what did and did not align with me. Over time, this became the foundation of my work.
What I now call the Genetic Stack™, a layered, integrative process that brings together genetics, lived experience, and precision-based strategy to create something truly individualized.
I created this practice so that no one has to navigate this level of confusion alone.
This isn’t just what I do. It’s the result of everything I’ve lived, learned, and refined into something that now helps others find clarity and direction.
