Every client begins with the 3X4 Genetic Blueprint—because no matter what brings you here, understanding how your body is wired is the clearest starting point. Nutrigenomics is the study of how your genes interact with your nutrition and other lifestyle factors, and how these interactions influence your health. It explores how certain foods and nutrients can affect the way genes are expressed (turned on or off), and how genetic variations can influence the way your body responds to what you eat.
Unlike ancestry tests or single-gene reports, 3X4 maps 36 interconnected pathways that influence how you manage inflammation, detoxification, hormones, metabolism, cognition, and more. It’s not about isolated “good” or “bad” genes. It’s about how your genetic systems work together—and how we can work with them.
Once we have your 3X4 foundation, we layer in other insights to create what I call your Genetic Stack. This is where we combine genetics, your personal and medical history, and when needed—precision lab testing. The goal is to understand the full picture, not just fragments.

My job isn’t to make you reliant on me forever. It’s to give you the tools to know yourself better, make aligned choices, and feel steady between sessions. AI is simply a powerful way to practice that—every day.
How this all came to be...Truth be told, I was my first client. Prior to creating this practice, I spent decades trying to figure out what was wrong, why I could never feel good and I chased answers across countless protocols, practitioners, and endless research sessions. I self-educated obsessively. Yet, no matter how much I learned, spent or how hard I tried, nothing fully worked. I wasn’t unmotivated. I wasn’t doing it wrong. I was misaligned.
Like so many of you, I was dismissed, overlooked, even gaslit by professionals who didn’t truly listen. I didn’t know that I was hormonally dysregulated. I didn’t realize my emotional swings weren’t a personal failing. I had no idea that the endless advice I was following was drowning out the one voice that actually mattered: my body’s.
Everything changed when I discovered the power of genetic testing and finally saw how I was wired. It was validation! When I began layering my genetic blueprint with everything I had lived and learned, things started to click. I stopped forcing my body to respond to protocols built for someone else and began making decisions rooted in my own biology.
That clarity changed everything but data alone wasn’t enough. I learned the hard way that if we’re not emotionally ready to receive healing, it doesn’t matter how “right” the strategy is—it won’t land. I had to confront the deeper patterns that were quietly blocking my progress. The survival strategies. The self-protection. The fear of actually feeling well.
That was the final unlock and the beginning of this work.
I created this practice so no one else would have to walk this path alone. Every misstep, breakthrough, and tear became part of something greater, The Genetic Stack—a layered, integrative process that blends science, history, intuition, and precision to bring you back to yourself.
This isn’t just my business. It’s my life’s work, my passion and my purpose. My path shaped me so I could shape this work. Not just to heal, but to guide others home to themselves. You already hold the answers. I’m here to help you hear them.
