At Erin Mark Integrative Health, I recognize that every person is unique, and that’s how I approach working with clients while utilizing the Pivot process. There is no one-size-fits-all answer; even expert advice or suggestions may not always resonate with every individual.
My role as a coach is to guide clients in strengthening their self-advocacy skills, helping them become more intuitive and aligned with their highest self.
With so much information available today—from the internet, Medical professionals, AI-generated advice, and other specialists, it’s important to learn how to filter through it, utilizing what resonates and leaving the rest. My goal is to help clients refine and dial in what works specifically for them, ensuring their health journey is based on their bio-individual needs.
Bio-individuality is the understanding that each person’s body, mind, and spirit are unique, requiring personalized approaches for true transformation. My coaching process honors this individuality by tailoring tools and strategies to each client’s specific needs.
Together, we’ll explore each area of your life—physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and financial—recognizing how interwoven these aspects are. Just as a stool with a broken leg cannot provide balance, neglecting any one of these areas can disrupt your overall well-being. The physical aspect of well-being goes beyond health, nutrition, exercise, and movement. It includes the spaces we inhabit, the colors and textures that surround us, and the environments we choose for living, working, and leisure. Our choices around food, supplements, and even recreation also play a significant role.
A key part of this journey is developing a deeper relationship with your body. When we don’t listen to it, the body often speaks to us through discomfort or physical symptoms. By examining the whole person and the interconnectedness of all life aspects, we can uncover the root causes of discomfort. This holistic approach creates space for profound healing and meaningful transformation.
Emotionally, our developmental parts often show up, prompting us to react rather than respond from a healthy place. This tendency is rooted in our wounds, unresolved issues, and unacknowledged aspects within ourselves. By uncovering our true selves and understanding our authentic feelings and beliefs, our emotions become regulated. This shift leads to radical changes in how we show up in life. I help clients recognize when these parts of self are activated and guide them to pivot in the moment, enabling them to respond from their healthiest self to situations, events, and choices in life.

Many doctors, including OBGYNs and primary care physicians, though skilled and knowledgeable in their fields, often aren’t trained to handle the complexities of hormonal changes during these crucial life stages. As a result, these conversations are often overlooked or dismissed, leaving many individuals without the support they need.
As a Certified perimenopause and menopause coach, I can fill this gap. PIVOT Foundations is intentionally designed to build a strong base for clients, offering essential support that prepares them for deeper growth if desired. In this initial phase, we explore behavioral patterns and dynamics, helping clients develop self-awareness and emotional balance. By using simple and sustainable tools, clients gain the clarity needed to foster healthier, more connected relationships with themselves and others.

Clients may enter the program while working through the PIVOT core curriculum with another coach, or they can start their foundational work directly with me, integrating it into the Vitality process.
Sessions are 90 minutes weekly, offering clarity, guidance, and tailored resources. Our goal is to empower clients to determine their needs, support their wellness journey, and connect with vetted practitioners from our curated network, ensuring seamless support when collaborating with other experts.

Our relationship retreats are held at The Glass House in Northern California. Groups are limited to 6 gender-specific guests, and the program offers yoga, meditation, healthy meals, and individual and group coaching based on 15 years of research and clinical evidence to achieve behavioral change.
We focus on high-impact solutions to everyday relationship challenges. Whether you’re working through something like salvaging or leaving a relationship with a loved one, codependency, or struggling with a family situation, we will help you identify your needs and set healthy boundaries so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.If you’re ready for a deep dive into an all-inclusive PIVOT experience, our Personal Growth Retreats at the Glass House provide individuals, couples, and families with intensive relationship coaching experiences designed for all levels of engagement, delivering personalized and immediate results.
An immersive experience may be just right for you. Some people prefer to jump in, address situations quickly and thoroughly, and want results NOW. If you seek growth, have a relational challenge, or time-sensitive crisis, this option would be optimal. Working one-on-one with your PIVOT coach for one or two days, you learn the PIVOT process and swiftly “pivot” to a healthier self.
An intensive is ideal for people who want to work privately in person instead of online. Our trained PIVOT coaches guide you through an experiential and personalized process to help you devise high-impact solutions and explore your next best steps. Coaches can also work privately with you in your home or at the Glass House retreat center. You choose.
My integrative coaching practice emerged from decades of deep physical and emotional pain that showed up in my relationships and overall health. Despite consulting numerous specialists, trying countless therapies, and exploring various modalities, I remained stuck. As a client, I sought solutions, but the deeper I went, the more I realized that no single approach could address the interconnectedness of my struggles. Over time, I found myself working alongside doctors, practitioners, and healers in both Western and Eastern medicine, gaining a wealth of knowledge that I didn’t realize would later become integral to my coaching practice.
Discovering PIVOT was the turning point; it offered me real-time tools that allowed me to uncover who I truly am, beyond external influences. This transformation led me to become a PIVOT coach, enabling me to build authentic relationships and approach health and wellness with clarity and empowerment.
Through the PIVOT process, I finally made sense of the interconnected patterns affecting my life. As I engaged with PIVOT, I discovered a hormonal imbalance that hindered my ability to fully immerse in the transformative work. Addressing this imbalance was a crucial step, allowing me to fully engage with PIVOT’s tools and uncover the root causes of my struggles. This holistic journey framed and inspired my integrative coaching business, empowering me to support others with the clarity, self-advocacy, and comprehensive support I once needed.
